Infrastructure
The manufacturing unit currently has the production capacity of 300,000 pieces of basic garments per month. The company has 300 sewing machines, 8 circular knitting machines & 8 cutting tables with a well equipped checking & packing unit in the same premises.
The biggest strength of the company is its loyal, skilled manpower & laborers. The company employs about 450 skilled and unskilled workforce with 22 administrative personnel looking after the day to day functioning of the unit. The Company routinely arranges training programs to update & upgrade the skills of its employees.
Processing & Manufacturing
The available 8 circular knitting machines ranges from 18" to 36" diameter equipped with cylinders from 20 to 30 gauges in all feeder Spandex, single jersey, rib knit, interlock & three thread attachments.
We use state of the art soft-flow dyeing, squeezers, relax dryer, compacting & stenter machines with a fully equipped lab. Use of low impact, fiber reactive GOTS certified dyes means we can provide GOTS certification if required.
The Stiching line has 300 Sewing Machines, including Overlock(5 thread 3 looper, 4 thread 2 looper), Flatlock(2 needle 5 thread, 3Needle 5 Cylinder), Lock, Button Hole, Button Stitching and Snap Button Machine.
The finishing unit has trained checking personnel, 30 steam irons and a fully equipped packing department. We strive to maintain high quality control standards ensuring that no faulty garment leaves our factory premises.
